An opportunity exists for a Blend Operator at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Durban Tea factory.

Job Specification

Key Performance Areas:

• Operation of blender
• Data capturing on SAP manufacturing system
• Adherence to blending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Preparation of brand change as per SOPs
• Achieve daily planned targets
• Equipment cleaning and housekeeping standards maintained
  

• 1 year supervisory experience
• 1 year or more experience as a Blending/Production Operator 

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Computer Literate
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• SAP (added advantage)
  

Competencies:

• Must be a team player
• A quick learner
• Good attitude
• Must be able to work shifts through overtime on weekdays and weekends
• Knowledge on PPE policy and proper use
• Be able to communicate to other team members
