We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team within NBL at the Head Office based in Bryanston. In this role, you will source only the highest quality raw materials, ensuring alignment with our heritage brands and upholding NBL's promise of quality. Your work will support our Proudly South African identity, delivering products that consistently meet the high standards our customers expect.
Key Performance Areas:
- Implementation of strategic sourcing strategies and policies in conjunction with all critical stakeholders.
- Data mining, including Total Cost of Ownership Analysis.
- Supply Risk Management: Forecasting of procurement needs, implementation of supply agreements, supplier capacity analysis, material coverage and scenario planning.
- Project management.
- Continuously identify new procurement value and productivity opportunities, in line with the NBL commodity sourcing strategies.
- Budgeting and forecasting of future commodity pricing.
- Establish and execute commodity hedging strategies.
- Workable knowledge of hard and soft tolling supply arrangements where applicable.
- Align different stakeholders across different functional departments.
- Supplier Development and continuous improvement.

- SAP or similar software
- AIB/BRC/FCCP 22 000
- Advanced Excel
- Safex
- CBOT

Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-6 years procurement management experience gained ideally within the FMCG industry and within the raw material value chain
- Relevant tertiary qualification
